Privacy Policy

Scaleur is sales software for teams, operated by Scaleur LLC, 527 Oldbridge Turnpike, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. Businesses (“customers”) use it to manage their own prospects, calls, and payments. This policy covers both the people who log in to Scaleur and the prospect information customers store in it.
Who controls the data
For information about a customer’s own prospects, the customer is the controller and Scaleur is the processor: they decide what to collect and why, and we process it on their instructions to provide the service. For account information about the people who sign in to Scaleur, we are the controller.
What we collect
- Account information — name, email, and profile image, via Google Sign-In. We never receive your Google password.
- Prospect records that customers create or import — names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, and the pipeline history attached to them.
- Call and message records — who called whom, when, how long, the outcome, and the content of SMS sent or received through the platform.
- Call recordings, when a customer enables them. Audio is stored encrypted and streamed only to signed-in members of that workspace.
- Calendar and meeting data — bookings created by the platform, and attendance for those meetings (see Google below).
- Payment records — amounts, dates, and status, received from payment providers. We never receive or store card numbers or bank details.
- Technical logs — errors and diagnostic events, used to fix faults.
Google user data
When a member connects their Google Calendar, we request only the access the features need, and we use it only for those features:
calendar.events— to create, update, and cancel the meetings booked through Scaleur on that member’s calendar, including the Google Meet link and invitations to the invited prospect.meetings.space.readonly— to read attendance for meetings Scaleur booked, so a call can be recorded as attended or missed without a rep self-reporting it.openidandemail— to identify which Google account was connected.
Scaleur’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train generalised AI models, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it except as needed to provide the feature you enabled, or where required by law. A member can disconnect at any time in Settings, which revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens.
What we never do
- Sell personal information, or share it with advertisers.
- Use one customer's data to benefit another customer.
- Use customer or prospect data to train generalised AI models.
Sub-processors
We use these providers to run the service. Each processes only what its function requires, under contract, and we remain responsible to you for their handling of your data. We will give notice before adding a new one.
| Provider | What it handles | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Convex | Application database and server functions — all workspace data | United States |
| Vercel | Hosting and delivery of the web application | United States |
| Clerk | Account authentication and session management | United States |
| Twilio | Calls, SMS, and call recordings | United States |
| Calendar events, Meet links, and meeting attendance | United States | |
| Resend | Transactional email (invitations and notifications) | United States |
| Payment providers | Payment records, where a customer connects their own (e.g. Whop, Fanbasis). Card details go to them, never to us. | Per provider |
Where your data is held
Scaleur is operated from the United States and the providers above store data there. If you are in the UK, EU or another region with transfer restrictions, using Scaleur involves transferring personal information to the United States; where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards, described in our Data Processing Agreement.
Text messaging (SMS)
Where you opt in to receive text messages — by providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, or by asking to be texted — we collect your name and mobile number and use them only to send the conversational messages you signed up for: appointment confirmations, reschedule requests, and follow-ups about services you asked about. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Full program terms are in our Terms of Service.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, messaging consent, or opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. The sub-processors listed above act only on our behalf to deliver messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also contact us at support@scaleur.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Calls and recordings
Where a customer enables call recording, that customer is responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires from the people on the call — several jurisdictions require all parties to be informed. Scaleur provides the capability; the obligation to announce recording sits with the business making the call.
Retention and deletion
We keep customer data for as long as the account is active. A customer may request export or deletion of their workspace at any time, and we delete it within 30 days of a confirmed request, except where we must retain records to comply with the law. If you are a prospect and want to know what a business holds about you, contact that business — they control the record — or write to us and we will help route the request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email support@scaleur.com — we will verify who you are before acting, and respond within the time the applicable law allows.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising— under California law and equivalents elsewhere, there is nothing to opt out of. If you are a prospect in a customer’s workspace, that business controls the record: contact them, or write to us and we will route the request.
Security and breach notification
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the workspace it belongs to, and that restriction is verified automatically on every release rather than left to discipline. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects personal information we hold, we will notify affected customers without undue delay and, where we act as processor, in time for them to meet their own deadlines — under UK/EU rules that means within 72 hours of becoming aware.
Children
Scaleur is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above and notify account holders before the change takes effect.
